“The lobby was decorated with nice old pictures and artifacts. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. We stayed in a two bed room. The beds were really small. Bed linens were old and felt like nylon. The both quailed bed covers were broken.”

For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. “Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. Other than that, It was a great experience and the house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. I wanted to thank you JT and his wife for hosting our group of six. “This was a great property for us close to Capital Reef. It is a bit of a rustic property, but that is part of it's charm. It is very nicely decorated. It is a bit older, so not a brand new modern facility. Just depends on what you are looking for. But considering the limited opportunities in this area, this is a great find.”
