“The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I had one thing that could improve would be that the rooms need a little updating (bathroom). This would NOT deter me staying here in the future though. We had a excellent stay and would highly recommend.”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“I had to attend a convention in San Antonio and I needed to bring my dog with me so I selected the Omni... And boy am I glad I did! The service not only for myself but for my dog was better than a 10! They went above and beyond getting to know me as well as my dog! The room was also wonderful overlooking the pool and the bed was very comfortable! Even though the hotel has been recently remodeled I feel like they did a great job keeping some old world charm and rustic elements to make it warm……

“Excellent hotel. Hotel is clean. Excellent service at front desk. Pool is very clean. We were looking for a pet friendly hotel. The 125$ non-refundable pet fee was a shocker. I wish the "non-refundable" part is was called our clearly as it is in other hotel bookings. Otherwise highly recommended.”
