The unit was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The Southern Belle property management team was quick to respond to any questions and efficient with check-in instructions, etc. Would stay here again!”

“While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.”

“Location and amenities (pool, restaurant and beach) were the best things about this condo. Decor and space was nice. However, we had to sweep and mop when we arrived. The floor was very dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned. We lost power for about 6 hours one of our nights there while sleeping. And in addition, there was a wire exposed on the doorbell which caused the indoor unit to heat up. My husband noticed a burn mark on the wall and the doorbell cover. This is a huge safety issue...

“This property is great! The check in process is different, but went fine. Upon checking in our room’s exterior door had no lock. Management immediately moved us into a nearby room that was just as nice. Communication with management was amazing! The pool was awesome, plenty of seating. Easy access to the beach. They offer rentals of beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, beach toys, and more. So convenient and affordable. They delivered the beach chairs right to our room! Plenty of entertainment and...

“We really enjoyed our stay. There are no words to describe how much fun I had with 3 of my granddaughters. We made so many memories! It is very close to the beach. I sat on the deck every morning drinking my coffee and watching the cargo ships and Captain Derik’s Dolphin boats. We took a sunset tour which was awesome. “The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
