"Priced fairly since the location is in the historical district please read on… Cockroaches present, upstairs tv not functional, description needs mentioning there are numerous stairs to climb should be in description. There was a shortage of small pans in the kitchen. TV programming service extremely poor. The strong point of the property is its location."

"This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return."

"My cousins and I had a wonderful stay at the Parsonage at Forsyth!! Its a beautiful house, very comfortable, plenty of space and we loved sitting on the front porch. We also took advantage of the pool on Tybee Island for one day. It was also very nice, plenty of chairs and places to sit, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit in the future :)."

"This house was great for our needs - we had 8 adults and 5 kids and never felt cramped. The proximity to the beach was great - just a couple minutes, if that, from the door to the sand. We loved being able to walk to the store up the road to grab what we needed and to be able to walk to a lot in general. The screened in porch was perfect to catch all the beach stuff so the house never felt too messy."

It was a little difficult to locate and if Stephanie hadn't been on site, I would have been concerned about getting the door code. property is not on a main street and shares a small parking lot with a house very close to the building. Not within reasonable walking distance to the water, and Thunderbolt has very few, if any, shops and restaurants. Description was a bit misleading. otherwise, it suited my purpose as i didnt spend much time there, was out at the...

"Great townhouse close to everything. Ten minute walk to beach with toddler and child. The space was wonderful for my family and parents. Stairs are a bit steep for little ones.Overall great stay !!"

"Magical week @ Oceanfront Oasis! Fun days on the beach spotting Dolphins, pelicans and even met a real mermaid! Condo super nice comfortable Beds! Plenty of space for our family. The garage and back door to the beach was a bonus. Restaurant and bar on site was a nice convenience."

"The set up was a little different since you had to check in at the neighboring hotel. We were on the 3rd floor terrace which provided the only unobstructed view of the beach. My issue were with the rugs. They didn't seem as clean as they could be. "

"The location of the property is fantastic! Park the car and walk to everything. We were supposed to get married in Forsythe Park - but the weather changed and it rained like crazy! The house was so pretty that we just held the ceremony there and honestly it was even more beautiful of a setting than we had planned for. The house is well appointed and space is planned out well. "The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"
