Stayed here a couple times, but this trip had some issues. The keys just didn’t work. Someone needed to accompany us to our room after check in and we picked up keys the next morning. Keys either didn’t ever work or needed significant number of attempts (10 ) after that. Bathroom had water stains on floor and walls around shower. Safe in room didn’t work.

The parking lot for the hotel is very confusing. The elevator to the parking lot was out of service which meant using the stairs. The escalator was also out of service for a while. The employee who was exceptional was Adam in the hotel restaurant. He was a delight!

Overall a great location near the subway. It is about a 40 min subway commute to get to the downtown area though so be prepared. Toilet sits really low so if you don’t have the best of knees it was really tough up and down especially after a long day of sightseeing.
