"2 couples in sports cars visiting the area for 2 night stay. Obviously very close to Ferrari facility. Parking fine and breakfast buffet good but was surprised there is no dining room for lunch or dinner although the front desk were very helpful in arranging other locations and including courtesy bus to a lovely location La Locanda with superb food that we had actually tried to book this time after previous experience. Also surprised that the bar was only open 17:00 to 22:00 first evening...

" I am comparing the Hotel Bologna Airport to other airport hotels. I have stayed at many and I would put HBA in the top two. Also, I have stayed at this hotel over the past 6 years. It is a modern building, but it seems that recently it has re-decorated, and now the rooms are quite stylish, a greige color with matte gold fabric accents and some light oak trim. "We stayed at hotel del Borgo when visiting Ducati factory and museum. This hotel is literally a stones throw away, ideally placed! The staff are amazing Allessandro (manager) friendly and accommodating. As is the way with Italy, rooms are just as you need them. Bologna is a simple 20 minute bus ride on one direct (no.23) €2 /person (each direction) whilst we were here. Bus stops at terminus in Bologna, when returning get off at “Ducati” stop. "CDH is a friendly little hotel located in between the airport and train station. Taxi to Bologna Centrale cost €21. Check in was a breeze. The front desk persons were friendly and helpful. They called us a taxi which arrived in 6 minutes. They have a daily breakfast near the reception desk. Breakfast was wholesome with so many items available. A couple of ladies served coffee.
