The staff was terrific and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was very clean! The sound suppression wasn’t terrific for such a new hotel, but it was still pretty good overall. I will definitely return!

Overall clean and good and would recommend. The tile like floors in the rooms allow to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around too much. But I think they were just heavy footed people.

Everyone was nice except one late night front desk male worker. He was quite rude about us having our key to come in the front door after hours (10:30-11:00pm), which we had, but was stuck in the card sleeve they provide for you, therefore it took a minute for us to get it out so the door would open. He was just very rude about telling us! It wasn’t necessary!!!

Much better than the first night. Traffic noise was still loud, but no kids stomping and hollering for hours above me. Comfortable beds, clean. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to write home about. I would stay here again, but request a top floor, maybe, to avoid overhead noises.

There is apparently not much for sound barrier at this hotel. I was on the 2nd floor. The traffic sounds outside were quite loud -- much louder than should be expected in a hotel room. Also, whomever was above us had children who hollered and jumped and stomped and dragged stuff around the room until after 1:30 in the morning. It was impossible to get to sleep or stay asleep until after 2 AM. Sound shouldn't carry quite so well in such a new and quite nice (otherwise) hotel.

Roads closed and much detour to get there. Deposit unexpectedly large and still waiting on refund. Keys did not work after 24 hours. New keys each day. Aggravating when you have to go back down each day for new key. Staff were friendly but wouldn’t stay again until some of this resolved. Other avid in Tulsa 100%. Deposit 25 dollars not 100 and refund next day
