We checked in and the lady at the desk tried to charge a higher rate than quoted on expedia. That was resolved. I checked the bed and found food on the fitted sheet, flat sheet, and comforter. The sheets had clearly not been cleaned after the last guest! I was given a new room. It smelled so bad of marijuana it turned my stomach. I was told to just go it and they would resolve the situation when I came back. I left to find another hotel and get food. We found a hotel so I called back to get my money back at this horrid hotel. The supervisor said she wouod refund my money. When my husband, myself, and my two children came back to the hotel to get a refund the feont desk lady lied and said the supervisor was gone she could not refund us. Then low and behold in walks the supervisor. They tried to get us to keep the first room with coean sheets. I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and rude staff I insisted on a refund. It took from just before 4 until after 8 p.m. to get everything resolved. I had a tired crying baby and an autistic son overstimulated but they didn't seem to care. I give 0/5 stars.
