The area around hotel didnt seem like a safe area. We were charged more for the room then expected. Our toilet seat was loose. The kleenex in bathroom was wet..the whole box was wet. Also our room door was open when we got to room. The lock on door had been turned so door was ajar on our arrival.

Great hotel. Clean, good breakfast and nice and friendly staff. My problem was the lack of communication between Hotels. Com and Holiday Inn. Hotel didn’t get payment and wanted me to pay them before letting us check in even though they had my confirmation from Hotels.com. After being on hold for 35 minutes with Hotels.com everything got straightened out ( a payment problem on Hotels.com side) we finally got checked in.

Everything was nice but the fridge made a ticking sound constantly and the air unit was really loud. And also there were some people who got there drunk about 3 and started blaring music and being really loud till about 7 this morning. So didnt get much sleep.

New room but shower was horrible
Room was new and spacious. Bed was firm and had options for pillows. Sheets smelled of strong bleach. Worst shower experience I’ve had at a hotel - water would barely get warm, then go completely cold for a minute, then scorching hot for a minute and then back to cold. This repeated the entire time I was in there and happened to my son the night before. If they can get the water temperature under control and use half the bleach, this would be a 5 star review.
