Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
I have plenty to share about the property and Tulum as a whole however, I will keep it brief. I believe the new world of TikTok has become the new wave of commercials and traveling without usual accommodation's can make Tulum tough. With that being said, lets get into it; there are wild dogs throughout the entire area and they do not mind barking, eating with and following your ever step (not that this can be controlled). Taxis sit outside of the establishment, therefore you should be able to go wherever, just be mindful to use Pesos and not your debit card. We were ripped off a few times! Water and power goes out regularly and the WIFI is spotty at best. The cenote that is advertised on the website and other advertising sites, literally does not exist. It is not swimmable, nor worth the view. Its incredibility difficult to schedule spa treatments and you must use your text skills to get things accomplished. The rooftop pools do not have chlorine, therefore shower before and afterwards or not at all. Lastly, the breakfast was mid at best and the swim up pool barely exist!
