“We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error.……

“Beautiful resort. Great food at all restaurants. Didn’t have the privilege room and didn’t feel we were missing out on anything. Pool is absolutely amazing. Beach is nice with plenty of room. You have to get up early to get a pool chair, they are normally gone by 8 am. ”

“lets just start with one word, STAFF!!!I have never stayed at any resort anywhere in the world with such an amazing staff, this was my first time and definitley will be back because of them, is it everything ?no , what can be worked in is the beach loungers , they are horrible and old , need to be more comfortable on that beautiful beach, second the pools need some work , and lastley the food at breakfast was not good , always look forwars to breakfast and had to settle with pbandj sandwich ,……

“This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. ”

“I can’t say enough about this property . Not only do they go above and belong for you, but they are super kind and sweet . Check-in is a breeze and staff is always willing to help. The location is perfect! It’s on the beach/ hotel zone so it’s in the middle of all of the popular beach club/ restaurants in hotel zonerela and also, it’s only 20 mins from down town so proximity is good. The airport is about 50 mins away ( TQO) but it’s still pretty good. Only downfall is the limited menus/ pricy……

“Only gripe is with the insurance. We missed a flight due to mechanical issues with plane. Couldn’t stay the first night. No refund. It was more or less marketed on your site that it would cover unplanned issues. It was not covered. ”

“Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones……
