"everything was fine while we were here. the only drawback is that our apartment was not ready yet and we arrived after check-in time. we had chosen a high floor and stayed on the second floor, in another apartment. But it didn't bother us that much. This is a good hotel. Is our the second time here."

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room and our room was changed without a problem. The second room was fine. "
