“This home was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It had everything that was needed and more. Brian was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so relaxing and decorated in such an island vibe and refreshing manner. The front porch was lovely with plants everywhere and local shell decor. I would stay here again!”

“The house is very secluded and out the way the local store is a good 20 minutes away. It’s a lot of stuff I wish I knew before hand like each person would require $65 ferry to get to the beach house. The ferry stops at 5 so there is no way to enjoy the main islands night life while staying at this home. 3 bedrooms but 1 is separate from the main house and has poor WiFi no tv and no shower. We were advised not to take long showers because water is limited. While on vacation after being on the……

“This was a spacious, clean property. The host, Peter, communicated really well prior to and during our stay. We loved the local recommendations. Down a dirt road, off the beatten track, but still just a 5 to 15 minute drive to most everything. ”

“The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside. ”

“The screened in porch is incredible. We spent almost all of our time out there. Everything is well stocked for the beach. I really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. Ariel is awesome, super attentive and responsive. Location is walkable to most everything including grocery store. We did have some ants attack the toothbrush holder (once cleaned it did not happen again) and found a couple tiny lizards inside. Really tiny. It’s an older house, and you have to expect that. Or maybe they snuck……

“Everything better than described. Total privacy with an amazing view and close enough to Grace Bay with a great beach Taylor Bay beach just 5 minutes away. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that if we go back to Turks we will definitely stay here again.”

“Advert not encouraging with the chain link fence. Too dark inside needs a complete internal paint job. Lighting in the kitchen inadequate. Bathroom needs re tiling or re grouting. Shower head didn't work properly. Seating by TV uncomfortable. Mish mash of kitchen utensils and pans looks like cast offs from other homes. No small sharp knives or potato peeler. Aircon old and inefficient - non in main living area. Isolation OK but should be warned about the track and the need for a high ground……

“This was the perfect, out of the way but still so close, getaway location! The house was very well equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. Getting to it in the dark on the wrong side of the road with donkeys everywhere was an adventure but coming inside felt like home. Our routine was pretty chill for 10 days, We had morning coffee on the beach out front watching the waves and occasional donkey. After stocking up at the IGA we packed lunches and took our rental on an exploration……
