The spectacular screened-in porch features Adirondack chairs, as well as an area for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower; ideal after spending a day in the sand!

The garage area features a ping pong table and grill in the back outside patio area.

After a fun-filled day, guests can choose to get a good night's rest in one of two queen-sized bedrooms, or in the twin-bedroom.

No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
