“Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good.”

“The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The place was super clean and the kitchen worked well. There isn’t any comfortable furniture for sitting around and relaxing. With the heat while we were there it was a problem. The AC worked great. The dining table is beautiful and comfortable. The desk for working is good and the internet was reliable. The place is a bit dark. There are a lot of light fixtures but little natural light. The artwork is distinctive and……

“My girlfriend and I stayed while working a contract at the hospital. The space is unique and conveniently located both close to the hospital and downtown Ukiah.”

“We had a great stay. Before pandimec it was in better condition. You cann tell tbe homeless have taken a toll on this hotel.”

“Walkable to downtown. Good coffee house 5-10mins walk. Very comfortable mattress. Quiet and private. Shower very small.”

“Could not access property beginning on 2nd day of 4-day trip due to asphalt pour on entry driveway. Had to depart early. Have attempted to contact owner for reimbursement for days paid for but unable to stay. Owner has not responded to several emails and text messages.”

“I didn’t like the lady owner Cindy, she is a pushy and wants to talk not everybody wants to talk,I book the place to stay not to be followed by the owner do this and that if she is attach to her rental place then no need to rent it out.”
