"First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean...

"Everything was really great except the pullout sofa was not comfortable enough to sleep on. My son ended up sleeping on the couch, which was comfortable but if you have more than person trying to sleep on it, I would not recommend it since two can't really sleep on the couch. Other than that, it was a good stay and convenient to everything. The hot tub was easy to get to across the parking lot and the owner was nice to bring us some needed essentials and responded to questions in a somewhat...

"My husband and I stayed here for five days and had the best time. Incredible location. Very close to hiking trails, downtown and infinite good restaurants. The apartment itself is situated in an adorable little alleyway that is very quiet and neighborhoody. Inside is as pictured. It could use a little TLC-there are a few nicks on the walls, areas that need a bit of a deep clean, and the bed feels a bit swayed from over use (though my husband found it quite comfortable). "It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

I didn’t see it in the listing, but there is a drip coffee maker, which was very important for me. I always bring my own fan, but I certainly didn’t need to here, they have one if you need it. We were disappointed to not have more time there - we arrived after dark and left the next morning just after 7am. Lovely property and very good hospitality from Lex and his staff. "The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area."
