"This condo was just right for our family. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. We were celebrating a graduation with extended family. We loved having the balcony to cook out and eat meals together with great views. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to use the amenities of the community. Rachel was very responsive to my questions and requests."

"The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager."

"This is a great spot with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the location and the pools and pickleball courts were wonderful. We had a wifi issue that was resolved quickly and with such kindness by Don with Ubiquity. Brittany was great as the host and easy to get in touch with. This place is well worth it and the price is awesome. We’ll be back!"

"Room had everything needed for eating in, but restaurants were within walking distance if you wanted to eat out. Shuttle to the ski resorts was a huge plus!"

"The condo was nicely decorated. Everything was updated, bathrooms were nice, appliances were newer. Had an issue with smoke detector beeping, needed battery replaced. It was too high to reach without a ladder. The owner was easy to get ahold of, we had to wait 5+ hours for maintenance to come fix. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay! Great location to national parks."

"Very attractive condo with excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Located close to the main street in Moab within very easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet during our 3 day stay. On the downside, there isn't an icemaker and there was only one tray for making ice. Also, there weren't ottomans for putting your feet up after a long day of hiking. The comfort of this unit could be improved with the addition of a couple of ottomans, a few more...
