"The room was fantastic - a nice touch was all the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The bathroom was the best, with drawers for storage and a large shower, and the bed was super comfortable and king size. And we loved the Cannaregio neighborhood. The only small drawback was the construction going on just outside our window. But we’re early risers so that was not a bother. Thank you, Nicole and Dana! You helped make Venice one of our most memorable trips. "

"We used this as a base for visiting Venice. Great price and free & secure car parking combined with a 5 min walk to the regular & efficient train service (euro 1.5 pp) made this a good option for us. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and a decent breakfast was provided. Room was fairly basic but was clean and provided what we needed as we were out for most of the day."

"We got to the hotel 3 hours before our check in time, April was very nice, helpful and friendly. She let us to have our room early without any problem. She was very helpful. The hotel was very close to everything! Walking distance. They could do more cleaning in entire room( walls, curtains ) but the bed sheets and towels were really clean.
