We stayed at their medium 2 bedroom apartment. Newer feel of the apartment. Clean. There is a great bar with great outdoor seating. If you like a quiet and peaceful area in Venice, this is the best option. Not that far from the train station. We hired a porter for our luggages. 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station.

Nice modern property. The room was TINY, even by European standards with no ability to completely close the drapes on an triangular high window. LED light by the coffee maker cannot be shut off and is extremely bright at night. Location is a bit far from Rialto to walk and the Vaporetto is also a good 10 min walk.

The staff was very helpful and breakfast buffet was plentiful. The room was comfy though we would have liked a room with a full window. Our room had a window at the very top so could not look out Other than that, everything was as expected.

Front desk staff, specifically, the females were cold and inhospitable. The rest of the service staff (cleaning/breakfast room) were all kind and gracious. But the front desk staff did little in terms of guest services or help and provided none of the VIP benefits expected and graciously given elsewhere.

The hotel is amazing and so is the location. If you can I’d pick the hotel rooms (due to the beauty and character of the main building) vs. their apartments which are in another area not attached. The bar is incredible. Truly a lovely place!

Great experience with Hotel Aquarius. 10 min walk to train station. 10 min walk to Rialto bridge - another 10 min to walk to St. Mark's Square. Located in a charming square with some good dining options and shops.

A pristine place to stay in Venice
The hotel is very modern. It is a renovated palace that was opened in 2020 right before covid. The service at the front desk was outstanding. We were given a lot of practical advice on how to see and experience Venice. The restaurant recommendations they gave were outstanding. the hotel is located next to a good gelato shop, which was a plus.

Wonderful Hotel
Lovely place. Quiet and tucked into a non touristy neighborhood. The people at the service desk were very kind and helpful. They scheduled us a boat to Murano and told us how to buy boat tickets back.
