“This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.”

“Seems to be a drug house across the street with scary looking people looking out their windows right into our hotel windows so I could not have the curtains open much. Many homeless people and people on drugs acting crazy all over Colorado street around the outside of our hotel. Didn’t love that part. Also, did not love the cheap material of the bedding. ”

“It’s a very beautiful hotel with beautiful young decorated rooms. The beds were great too. ”

“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……
