"This property is located in a tiny alleyway and when you enter it is a dark and dingey stairwell. The elevator is slow but at least there is one. Go up 3 flights of stairs and you will find the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms have beautiful morano glass chandeliers, free toiletries, bidets, complimentary beer, coke and water in the fridge. We had a great stay!"

"A great deal of walking; area is very busy. Loved the water and experience of using water taxis and buses; staff friendly and helpful. A lot of stairs to get luggage up to room, but room very clean."

"I love the junior suite with its canal view! The hotel is located relatively away from touristy spots. Water bus does travel through the canal and you can hear it early in the morning. "

"We loved our stay here. Nice rooms, nice staff, good location that was not too far from the things we were interested in. Only complaint is that on our last night an alarm in the lobby was going off all night but there was no staff there to silence it, which you could hear a little bit from the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location- right near San Marco square and in the center of Venice. Very nice, Venetian style room. It was a suite as we had 4 adults- very comfortable for all. Breakfast included although we couldn’t eat as we had early flight but the host made us sandwiches instead- very nice ! "
