"The weather in Hanoi is hot in April and I'm glad I chose to stay at L'HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi for three nights. The hotel lobby manager helped us solve everything and added very pleasant memories to my trip^^ I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Hanoi. It is a high-end hotel with a spa, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and has an excellent location. Whether you are on a business trip, traveling, shopping, or eating, it is very convenient. "The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent."
