Over all I would say was an average experience for me. What I liked about the hotel was its location and breakfast options. I didn’t like the room where the sockets didn’t work for coffee machine. There is no remote for TV. They had one for Cox cable connection which was not working at all. For me these were negatives because I wanted to relax and watch TV after spending a day at beach.

The staff is friendly and the location is great. There is easy access to the beach. The beach is clean and well-maintained, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. There are also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available for guests to use. Additionally, there are various water sports activities offered at the beach, such as snorkeling and jet skiing. The beach also offers stunning sunset views, making it a perfect spot for evening strolls.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival check in was easy and friendly. We got to our floor and the a/c in the hallway was not working, it was so hot! Once we got into our room there was crud in the shower and the bed was like laying on 2x4’s. The next day we left for a while and when we returned the lock to our room was broken, we could not get in. The front desk immediately sent up someone to fix the door which inconveniently took THREE hours out of our day to sit around and wait for. After being told I would be comped the nights stay, when we checked out the next morning the man at the front desk had no clue what I was talking about, he was flustered and unfriendly. I still have not seen or heard anything of this compensation and will be following up again since the hotel manager was conveniently not around when we left nor did she actually comp the room. Most likely would not stay here again

While the front desk staff was not rude, she was not friendly and made no eye contact. The messages she sent checking on our welfare did not seem sincere. I know the carpet is hard to keep clean on the beachfront, so perhaps for this level of accommodations, hotels should consider tile floors. The carpet looked very dirty and seemed unsafe.

Stayed for husband's birthday. he woke up to a beautiful sunrise right in our bedroom daily from the 7th floor. Front desk staff gave us a free coupon to ride the bikes located in the parking lot of the hotel - that will definitely burn some calories but we had so much fun riding together! Food was amazing - Kung Fu tea, the 'Captain' at Dough Boys and Hadiya at Pocahontas did right by us! Husband now wants to purchase VA Beach oceanfront property - overall lovely stay.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. Great view, and right next to the Atlantis statue. It is about a mile of a walk if you want to get to any of the shops, the pier, or other attractions.

Older hotel with some cleanliness issues. The pool was filled with foam so we did not swim in it. The rooms have been updated but are still on the older side. Lighting in room was awful. Breakfast was too crowded to try. Parking on site but area did not feel safe.

At first I did not know there was a daily fee to charge for parking on the premises but after being there the week I am grateful we were able to park our car in the parking lot. A daily fee is a bit much after the expense. Pool was so warm. Beach was literally right there… the view from our hotel was fantastic. The Continental breakfast was delicious.

There were 2 elevators but only 1 was working over a holiday weekend and spring break. Thankfully the hotel was only 8 floors and not any taller.
