We stay here annually for a wrestling tournament with our entire wrestling group and have a blast. Clean, updated, convenient. Easy on us, let us have fun and keep it comfy for us.

Luis and his crew provided a wonderful dining experience during breakfast. They always made sure all food and drinks were replenished and the area was clean. We were disappointed that parking was vale and we had to pay extra.

All staff were polite and helpful. My room was very clean and stocked well. Valet parking staff were exceptional especially John who gave us a warm greeting during every interactions. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel with the beach view balcony was beautiful and romantic. I love the modern style of this hotel. The service was excellent all around starting with registration.

Everything here was great. Staff greeted you every time he walked in the door, everything was clean. The room was great with a beach view… There was free breakfast included. It wasn’t spectacular but there was everything you needed and they were always refilling it. We ended up leaving a night early only due to weather. We would definitely stay here again.

Free parking is mislabeled i don't like that there is not parking garage for my stay and you have to be brother with value parking every Time I want to go anywhere

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were impeccably clean and the all inclusive breakfast was very good. Dave, the manager, was very accommodating allowing us to check in early so we could attend a surprise party in the area. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we travel to Virginia Beach!

The Hyatt stay was great for our family. The hotel was clean and attractive looking. The room was spacious with a view of the ocean. Luis was an excellent employee in the breakfast area. The valet people were polite and accommodating. We had a great time

I’m from VA and always come down to stay before the summer rush. This hotel is in a good area, closer to the North End of the beach. Location is perfect, beach is clean and hotel staff and rooms are excellent!! I will stay at this hotel again!

I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and boardwalk. I did not like the lack of parking, forced to valet car.

The property was okay but we had to valet the car everything we go in and out, there is no self-parking. Very inconvenient.

"My fiancé, our dog, and I traveled from Bronx, New York to get away from the city. We stayed at a hotel for three days and it was a great experience. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast had a variety of options every day such as pancakes, French toast, and waffles. Our room was spacious, with a balcony and an ocean view. The sound of the ocean was the best part of our stay. Waking up to the view of the ocean was my favorite part of the day. However, I would like to apologize on behalf of my family, as our dog kept barking loudly at every dog he saw, which disturbed some of the families there. We would love to come back, but we will have to leave our dog at home."

There was a noise going on throughout the time we were staying. A strange buzzing/ringing noise. I made a complaint at the front desk and their HVAC person said they heard nothing despite the fact that I had a video and proved their was a disruption in our room preventing us from sleeping. Also, the indoor pool is really the size of a hot tub. There were 4 kids in the pool and 2 chairs outside of the pool. They said there is a max capacity of 24 persons but that is UNREAL. They were also doing work outside the hotel and we were awakened by a jackhammer at 7:00am.

The outdoor pool was not open even though it was a very warm day, the indoor pool had very high chlorine amounts and we couldn’t enjoy it. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel and would be back.
