"Overall my wife and I had a good stay. We stayed in building 20, apt. 1183. We could hear noise on the otherside of the door so thin walls. Room is a bit small. Plenty of towels in bathroom . Outdoor furniture would have been great to sit on to look at golf course or at night just to chill but light is very dim at night and chairs were metal, so they were kind of rusty and dirty. Would be great if complex would keep some cushions on inside of room to use for outdoor chairs."

"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. "

"We stayed in a 2-BR that was spacious and very clean. The pool was nice. There was a DJ both evenings and a movie night by the pool. I highly recommend this resort."

"Very nice accommodations, clean and up to date. There’s a few good restaurants around, like Waterman’s…I would stay away from the restaurant/bar next door…for the same prices you can get better fresh seafood, not just fried food. I wish there was a oceanfront bar with music and dancing in the evening attached to the hotel…otherwise a nice safe clean hotel!"

"I have to say that the staff at this resort are amazing. They definitely go above and beyond. Luth was so accommodating and helpful with weather updates and making sure we didn't need anything. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back."
