"Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."

"It was a beautiful hotel and the free breakfast option is awesome! Very close to the boardwalk and we had an amazing view on the 16th floor! Very clean! I WAS disappointed about the pool, it was rather small. But overall, it was a very nice place!"
