“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Lovely, small, and friendly hotel. We got a great welcoming upon arrival by one of the owners. They had a few, well selected, options for breakfast. Incredible service by the staff, made us feel seen and important. The food was delicious, and we did not leave hungry. The inside felt luxious and so did the rooftop with jacuzzi. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. ”

“The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. You can walk from the apartment to theold San Juan in 15-20min which we did at the end of the day when it was not so hot.”

“Good location but the worst facilities. It was frozen at night, the elevator didn’t work, noisy room without windows, no phone no chair, no water to drink horrible experience.”

“We liked the location was in the middle of everything and made for cheap Ubers to old San Juan and condado and La Placita. We felt the hotel was very modern and the room size was nice. However, there were some inconsistencies with the cleaning and we had a minor issue with the AC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. ”
