It is a little further outside of the Baylor/Magnolia bubble than we thought it would be, but we were thankful for a cozy, comfortable and quite stay during the hustle and bustle of graduation. "The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

"The property owner is so thoughtful and has the property set up well for guests! I feel the location is convenient for visiting Waco or surrounding areas. For us with a student at Baylor, this location being south of Baylor is fabulous for traffic during popular Baylor weekends since you can travel on Old Robinson Road and skip I-35."
