"My family (with two kids) stayed 4 nights and found that it was the perfect location with a great family atmosphere. We enjoyed the our mornings on the beach and even saw saw turtles and a seal, and found the location was perfect for our day trips and we drove to all points of the island. The had a couple of meals from the food trucks that was a short walk down the road."

"What can I say the room had a great view the instructions were easy to follow the reason there’s a $100 deposit for parking is because people kept leaving with the parking placards so they upped the deposit. You do get it back when you leave. I would definitely stay here again"

"Gorgeous view with big balcony. A little dated with the interior. The couch is awful to sleep on as it’s a convertible couch and not a pull out sleeper sofa. "

"We had a wonderful time. Close to Polynesian cultural center and beautiful north shore beaches and small town good eats. Yet out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Beautiful Ocean view and nice place to walk beach in The morning when the surf is out. We left some clothes in the dryer by accident and our host Lance was so kind as to mail it pack to us - no charge. So very kind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet low key place."

"Our family of 7 adults were a bit cramped and sharing 1 bathroom was a challenge, but this is a great location - across the street from the beach, 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Culture Center, close to the North Shore. Tons of beach gear to borrow - we were sorry that our few days there were rainy and windy. Still, way better than staying in Honolulu."

"I really enjoyed this property. It was a perfect spot to have as our home base. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Host also left us some shampoo/conditioner/body soap which was nice. We had towels and beach towels. We had clear instructions. None of my family members liked the beds, unfortunately, but that is a personal preference. I think the bath math in the shower needs a nice clean because it had black mold and there was no fan in the bathroom to help with the condensation after...

"This VRBO exceeded my expectations in every way!!! Spacious room! Great View of pools, lagoon and ocean. The bed is so comfortable! AC worked great! I was on business so I appreciated the nice desk/work area! Also very clean! I will definitely want to stay here again!"

"We spent 4 nights in the Garden Hideaway and it was a great spot to stay and use as a home base to explore the North Shore. It was just 2 of us this time, but even with 4 in a family, it was a large amount of space to live in. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely enjoy returning to this location."

"Lovely unit. The pictures are very accurate. It's nice and quiet on the side the unit is on and you get beautiful sunsets. Everything was super clean. If you're a coffee drinker, bring coffee. It's very expensive to buy the coffee in the market downstairs. I'm sure you can get it cheaper in the ABC Store or the market close by. Everything is very convenient. I would certainly stay there again,"

"I liked that the condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and enjoy the beach. The place was nice and clean and the people are extremely friendly, which is beautiful. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hawaii. The only thing that I did not like is that everything is so far away from the condo. Great place to stay and the beach is breathtaking."

"This property has the most amazing view from the Lanai! This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and it is deserted most of the day.The sand is luxurious and pristine. We very much enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient to beaches, hikes, restaurants and snorkeling with the dolphins and turtles!"

"Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The home is clean and spacious. They have everything you need, beach supplies for adults and children. From chairs, to toys, life vests. The kitchen had tea, coffee, olive oil. Washer and drier. Would definitely stay here again!"
