“We arrived with no issues at all. Everything was clean, which can sometimes be an issue with sandy beach condos. Lovely little deck out back, the layout was perfect for me and my husband, my mom, and my two kids. Golf cart was a definite plus! Would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend. The owner was very responsive via text and allowed us to check in early resulting in more beach time. He also quickly addressed a silverware shortage by dropping off some additional forks. The golf cart was a huge plus and the beach was accurately advertised as only three minutes away. We also took the cart to Baytown Wharf which is 10-15 min under the tunnel. It was a ton of fun! The home is in good condition for its age with some……

“Great location- very easy to enjoy beach and Rosemary Beach town. We had issues getting pull out bed to open and woke up every morning stuffed up, think place needs a good deep cleaning and check filters.”

“Hopefully after our stay they secure the dishwasher to the counter and replace full mattress downstair bedroom bc u can see the depression in the mattress when u walk in the room. New frig was great, location great, golf great but watch those brakes, very touchy. Must try maple street biscuit company. Super close. In the plaza next to you stay.”

“Everything was great, but it needs new pots and pans. Pot and pans were very old scratch can barely cook anything. Other one Han that everything was great. AC was nice and cool washer dryer worked good”

“From the time we reserved the condo to the time we left the experience was great. The condo is beautiful and met all of our needs. We highly recommend this condo, the kitchen is greatly equipped, the beach stuff was perfect and on the rainy day we were able to join the large screen TV to watch a movie or two.”

“This is our 2nd stay in this command our 5th stay in the golf villas this is a nice condo with everything you need. The dining chairs are not very comfy but is good for short sitting times.”

There is a golf cart for traveling around the resort property. The house had plenty of room for us. The resort property has multiple restaurants, shops, lakes/ponds and a bayside pier that can be fished from.”

We love Seascape and the surrounding Miramar Beach area, which particularly served us well this year as we had less beach time due to poor weather conditions, but our family of four had plenty of space to relax at the condo.
