While the hotel is beautiful I would not recommend this hotel for those looking to relax and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Hotel sells out rooftop lounge for private events and lack the ability to control large crowds. Hotel became so over crowded guest did not have access to elevators and were stuck using staff only areas to access their rooms. Unfortunately those same areas were locked from floors thus guest had to walk up and down multiple flight of stairs. Worse experience I have encountered in a hotel.

I liked the cleanliness of the room that is very important to me. I disliked the parking situation…. There is not a pull off area that is convenient for the city. They have a couple cones on the main road next to the building but with how people drive in the city and the traffic and dividers in the road it was awful to get to and practically always full. I ended up having to drive around an additional 10 minutes each time and still just settled to park in the alley next to the building. Then I had to walk in to ask the valet to park my car. I also had to pay $60 a night for all that stress :(. Most other hotels I saw had a pull off directly in front of the hotel. Probably would not stay here again because of the parking. It was also frustrating not to have breakfast included with the price of the hotel. We payed one morning for it. A variety but not worth the money. We would have been better off going to a coffee shop. Staff was kind and helpful.

Over all the hotel is nice the problem is they had a party on the roof of the hotel. The staff was very disrespectful and the manager of the rooftop was very disrespectful. Don’t Recommend this hotel for families. My son is only 8 and the staff did not care about the safety of my family. Very disappointed

We had an enjoyable stay here. The different water pressure settings in the shower were nice. Loved that the drapes blocked out all the light; we could hear sirens but otherwise not much traffic noise. You could hear guests out in the hall if they were loud but thankfully it wasn’t an issue late at night. The fitness center was definitely a bonus! The area was great, very walkable and had lots of nice restaurants nearby. The amenities in the room were adequate, nothing over the top. One odd thing was that the sheets didn’t fit the bed right, they bunched up and we couldn’t quite make the bed up properly.

Very clean with friendly staff. We had a great time and even enjoyed the rooftop bar one night. It was a 20 minute walk from most museums and monuments but when we got tired of walking we just used the scooters which were cheap and convenient. It was a great location to night life and day activities. Highly recommend!!

THERE IS NO PARKING INCLUDED. We paid $106 for Friday at midnight- Sunday at noon. Good location. Night checkin was not very friendly but everyone else was. Nothing special. My room was clean so it’s good for a place to sleep but I won’t stay again.
