Increíble como puedes estar evaluado como un hayatt regency cuando parece un holliday Inn y el precio como si fuera de un hotel de 4 estrellas y no era ni fin de semana y días festivos. Cero lo recomiendo

Un hotel muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras del Capitolio, el estacionamiento es caro, cuesta $62 por día, aunque el servicio es bueno. El lobby está muy lindo

No está tan mala pero debería de ser un poco más amable los empleados y otra cosa no limpia la habitaciones durante los días que está hospedado. Pero el hotel no está tan mala porque está en el centro de la ciudad.

Excellent location. The room was okay -- nothing special and a little run-down, and the bed was soft. But the A.C. worked well. The staff was helpful. The brunch was pretty good.

I enjoyed the house keeper Kathy she was very nice and helpful. I think for the cost of the stay breakfast should’ve been provided. I like the smell of the body wash and lotion. I didn’t like tht they told me I had to pay a deposit for hen I got to the counter to check in which I wasn’t prepared but other than tht the stay was ok

The location was great for the events we were attending. The shop, Starbucks & restaurant in the lobby was good and the staff was very friendly. The rooms & bathroom were a good size. My only issue would be that the AC didn’t quite cool the room enough and it smelled a little dingy, but again the room and hotel were very clean.

The best asset is the people who work here. The front desk, the valet parker, the person who brought my luggage in, the person at luggage storage, the excellent housekeeper. Everyone does a great job, and is very professional and kind. This is my third stay. I will always enjoy staying here in the future. The furniture and rooms are of high quality and design, and the covered drop off area, and stress free helpfulness of those working here. Well done !

The first morning I had to take a tepid shower as the water wouldn't get hot. The maintenance guy fixed this next day. I would say overall, the Hyatt was ok - not great, but acceptable. The staff was responsive. I broke a tooth on something hard in the scrambled eggs at the buffet. Hopefully, they will pay for the dental work.

Property was clean but place is over priced. The pictures on the webite doesnt match the room I selected. I stayed at the Residence inn half the price with a full kitchen on Friday and free breakfast in Waldorf. If I couuld have canceled without penalties I would have.

Just stayed at the Hyatt for the weekend with my family- we enjoyed being close to sights, Loved the breakfast buffet, and pool. Room was fine but pillows weren’t comfortable.
