Comfort on the hill
The place is at the top of a hill near a park and up the street from the beach. There are stairs and a driveway that require some dexterity. The backyard was cute with the neighbors' barking dogs right on the other side. This is the first floor apartment, so you will hear the upstairs tenants. The thermostat was broken, but Vinny took care of the situation. Overall, it was a comfortable situation even if priced rather high for being off season.
Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2022
