While it was clean, it wasnt spotless in areas that probably shouldve been common sense to wipe, like counters and the stove knobs. It should also be noted there is in unit laundry, the app folks didnt see to know that piece as I would have packed way lighter had it been confirmed when i asked. Also, the parking was a great option..... read the reviews about this, they are accurate...

"The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time."

So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous.
