“Door had been broken and poorly repaired. Had to shoulder block to get it to open. Floor was sticky and obviously dirty. Tub was slippery with nothing to hold onto. Breakfast was okay but poor girl who spoke no English was assigned to tell us there was no orange juice. We knew the Days when they started this chain and they would be horrified to see how far it has fallen. No maintenance =poor reviews=no maintenance. Positive note: young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Looks nicer inside than outside. Pool is clean but staff should have a schedule to check/clean around pool area. People would leave wet towels on the ground and forget their goggles etc and it stayed there all day which made it look kind of trashy. Other than that, it's a great place to stay, I would book again if ever need to be in Springfield, MO. ”

“Our room was clean and in very good condition. Probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in recently. We were only there for one night. The staff seemed a bit undertrained. No greeting. Just a blank stare. I had to tell them why I was there, they did not ask. Same experience when leaving. No one asked how my stay was. I said hi and the lady did not say anything back to me. I waited for her to say something and she eventually asked how she could help me. I told her I needed to check out.……
