“Great location w/great view of beach.”

“Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!”

“The condo was extremely clean, well-stocked, organized and nicely decorated. Great location and beautiful beach view. Nice patio and pool area. Great communication from the owner. I would stay here again.”

“All was fine. Beach right there. Would have been nice to open the patio sliders for the ocean breeze but there was none on either door.”

“Lovely but breezy weather, we participated in a fundraiser for the turtle rehab center on the island. Four days of relaxation. We visited the historic district and the Village restaurants and shops and enjoyed a little beach time. Our VRBO was lovely and comfortable. Our only gripe was the living room TV, we prefer to be able to watch regular networks rather than all the specials; thank goodness tv in the bedroom allowed us to watch current news and programs. We will be back!”

“This place was exactly as described. The complex was perfectly sized, with great access to everything, with the right distance from everything. We couldn't get over how thoughtful all the accommodations and supplies were, and we truly appreciated the swift response when our coffee maker fizzled out! Both beds were comfortable, as was the sofa and living area. Loved the decorations, too!”

“Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking……

“The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.”

“Loved Fernandina Beach. Our condo, Oceans of Amelia was everything we expected. Best part was being oceanside Restaurants in historic district was delicious. Loved the shopping too. Will be back”

“Perfect spot for a long weekend on Amelia, the view was amazing and ease of access to the beach and local restaurants could not be beat.”

“My sister and I (two 65+ women) stayed in this adorable property for 4 nights and wished it could have been for longer. When planning this short vacation to Amelia Island, we had two priorities: 1) right on the beach (most important by far) and 2) close to town. This place fit the bill. The short walk over the dunes to the beach to watch the sunrise and walk the beach in the evening absolutely made this the best place for us. We didn't know Shrimp Fest would be happening when we made our plans.……

“We came down for work and needed a place to stay. While working wanted to take advantage of the beach for the holiday weekend This was in the best location for just that. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was friendly”

“Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway!”

“Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”
