“Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”

My sister didn't get to come, she ended up in the hospital, but had she come it would have been hard for her to climb the stairwell from the bedrooms to the living & dining areas. “The apartment was nice size, I had marked on my application that I was handicapped and being on the second floor was a little problematic. The bed in the master bedroom was a torture rack, after a few hours we discovered that the twin beds were much more comfortable and that is where we slept. But the twin beds are noisy when you attempt to change positions. The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is lose and needs attention. I was really astounded that the sliding glass door was still in a state……

“This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!”

“We stayed a full week in this beautiful condo. Perfect view of the beach with beautiful sunrises and the moon shining over the ocean at night. The bacony was a perfect spot for reading and relaxing. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and all sorts of ambient lighting. Roku tv was a big bonus. Loved it here and can't wait to return!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.”

“Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!”

“Several old high school friends from 50 years ago got together for a long weekend and to attend shrimp fest. One of the friends has lived down here for the past 45 years. The trip was a lot of fun and we could not have asked for a better property than this one! Location was perfect and so close to the beach! Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Three of us couples stayed at this complex and everyone said they were pleased. This was the first trip to Amelia for my wife……

“Lovely view of the ocean. But the condo needs some updating. The floors in bathroom were cracked. Wi-Fi was very slow and tv was hard to work. Tv in second bedroom did not work. Balcony furniture falling apart. Coffee pot needed descaled. Could have used an extra set of towels. Starter supplies were bear minimum. Didn’t have any knives that were sharp. Garage had someone’s empty cans and paper towels which we cleaned up. Seal on bottom of front door needs replaced. Caught a couple bugs sneaking……

“We only stayed one night, the room was older, basic, comfortable and clean. It's location, close to the beach, restaurants was perfect and the fact for a small extra fee it included breakfast was a plus. We even considered a second night, because it was so close to the beach, but there were many construction workers staying there so we were woken very early by the startup of a diesel engine right outside our room, which was left running, I suspect until all the workers were ready to leave, or……
