It's been nicely remodeled. It was very quiet except for the train whistles. Since it is a loft unit, there were a number of times when my husband bumped his head on the angled ceiling."

"This property is truly a home! If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!"

"The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again."

"Great little place!!! Met our needs for a party of 3 perfectly. Might work for a party of 4 if 2 are kids as it is small. Everything was new and updated, except for the cute, nostalgic fridge. The property is amazing and beautifully kept. Small bar nearby that had outdoor, live music one night. Grocery store, bar and burger joint within a block and easy to walk to. Felt very safe in this. Will definitely stay here again!! "

They had a pack and play, a baby booster, baby gates, extra table and chairs, etc. Jeff, the property manager was extremely communicative and got back to us if there was anything else we needed like more towels or paper towels, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood felt nice and safe and quiet. "We just stayed at Thomas and Susan's Rathdrum Mountain House for 5 nights in the middle of April. It was truly one of the nicest and most beautiful and wonderful places we have ever stayed. "This home was a great spot for us to get together. It has unbeatable views and is just the right amount of distance from town to feel like a real getaway. The tram car down to the beach was convenient for us to have a fire and go paddle boarding. It was comfortable and cozy for our group of 8 adults. The downstairs can get a little chilly, but we adjusted for that. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you!"
