“My husband, son, daughter in law, niece and her husband had a 3 day fishing trip planned nearby. I suggested this place rather than a hotel so the family would be more comfortable and be able to visit during non-fishing time (something separate hotel rooms just doesn't accommodate). The house was absolutely PERFECT for their trip. Bonita was very communicative (giving very detailed directions as well) and was kind enough to give them an extended check out time when I messed up the reservation……

“Group came down to ride Hatfield and McCoy trails. This house was close but not too close. Did not have to deal with tons of traffic or noise. House was fantastic. Very spacious. Kitchen was the talk amongst the group for how big it was! Host was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!”

“I can't say enough about our stay. They literally though of everything possible that one could need plus some. As soon as you walk in, it just feels like home. Kathie left fresh Pumpkin muffins on the table for us upon arrival. The property in itself is breathtaking. We spent hours on the porch off of the living room. We were lucky enough to get a little storm during our stay so we got to enjoy the storm on the porch and watch as the lightening and fireflies lit up the night. It was a magical……

“This house is situated in a gorgeous riverfront setting with a large deck that wraps around 2 sides of the house. Having 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our large group coming for the VT Graduation. **please note - this rental doesn’t include sheets or towels so come prepared. The listing did not state this (VRBOs fault, not the owner) so we had a last minute scramble but the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and got us squared away. “I never do reviews, but was so impressed I am sharing. The property was exactly as pictured and described. Had booked a year in advance for my daughter’s graduation. It was a great place for a family gathering. We took advantage of kayaks, cornhole, and pool table. Everything was clean, grass mowed, and fire pit ready to go. Very happy with the property and process. Thanks”
