“We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. “Beautiful secluded property with amazing food and amenities. Most of the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I have two downsizes however that stopped me from giving 5 stars. The power went in and out and we had no A/C 2 out of 3 nights stay and even though it wasn't the resorts fault I think they could have offered something for inconvenience of having two nights of uncomfortable sleep (ie partial room refund, free menu item etc). Also some of the dinner staff just stays on their phones……

“Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. "This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data. "
