“Nice location , view from 2nd floor great! We loved people watching on the boardwalk. ”

“Luis and his crew provided a wonderful dining experience during breakfast. They always made sure all food and drinks were replenished and the area was clean. We were disappointed that parking was vale and we had to pay extra. ”

“The pool was really cloudy and pretty small. The picture is a little deceiving. A lot of times, there was no one at the front desk. When we checked in we waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. But-the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. ”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“This is our 2nd time we choose the hotel- first time was no question asked and customer service was amazing - yesterday was asked to pay at the front desk too many fees we didn't pay first time. It was ridiculous how they were at the front desk. We think is because Monday is a holiday and looked advantage of that. Other than that the room and surrounding areas were excellent ”

“We loved our stay. The over all feel of the hotel is very cozy, warm and inviting. The amenities are over the top and the location is absolutely perfect because of the proximity to amazing restaurants. The only real drawbacks are thin walls (noise carries!) and certain repairs/upkeep that was obviously not being done. The door to our room didnt close properly without forcing it and the trashcans in the hallways were chipped and overflowing at times.”

“Property net my needs and was enough space for two. Upgrading the tv would be nice. No streaming available and tvs weren’t smart so no apps. But that’s nitpicking. ”

“It’s perfectly located and loved the early coffee and oceanfront access. Housekeeping was not provided because they forgot to ask us at check in if we wanted the service and ended up with dirty floors full of sand during our stay. The staff was pretty nice except for the lady with braids during breakfast on Sunday who had a nasty attitude towards everyone. ”
