“Overall, we enjoyed the property- The pictures made the property seem a little newer than it actually was- Disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Also, the Ac was not great and basically non- existent in the garage bedroom. Plenty of room and close to the beach. It was a little more secluded than i thought but not a bad thing.”

“The property was conveniently located to many Amelia Island attractions, and the layout offered both gathering spaces and privay. Overall, it was a nice experience.”

“What can I say accept that our stay is never disappointing, the condo is absolutely beautiful, always spotlessly clean and provides everything you need to have that ultimate getaway. You don’t need anything accept to take in all the beauty that this place offers!! And the host’s are just incredible always. Thank you for another amazing experience!!”

“ a classic roadside no frills "Americana" motel on the beach.restaurant across the street- and any other shopping or dining you would expect in a beach town within a mile. Very clean and less than a minute walk to the beach! Perfect for our last minute, budget, beach getaway! We will be back!”

“Wife and I decided to try somewhere new, this place did not disappoint, pet friendly so We had no worries with our Frenchie and if you drive an EV they also have charging available for you. Located next to everything so walking was our mode of transportation. We will Be back with the family. A+ ”
