“Overall, Melia Serengeti was a delightful lodge and our stay was nearly perfect. Sadly they were doing controlled fires in the surrounding area meaning that there was heavy smell of smoke and burning which affected air quality significantly. If it weren’t for this the place would be perfect. ”

“The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.”

“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。”

“귀 호텔에서의 숙박은 전적으로 익스피디아 후기에 의한 판단이었습니다. 주변에 아프리카 방문을 한 사람이 매우 적어서 정보를 얻기가 힘들었죠. 사실 키라위라 세레나 캠프는 만들어진지 시간이 좀 지나 아주 최신의 설비를 가진 호텔이라고 보기는 어렵지만, 국립공원 한 가운데 있다는 점을 생각하면 전기나 급수 같은 기본적 사항은 충분히 갖추고 있어 문제될 것은 없습니다. 이런 텐트형 호텔은 처음이었는데 그야말로 자연을 느끼기에 아주 적합했습니다(물론 국립공원 내 다른 호텔들도 텐트 혹은 롯지식 양식이라고 합니다). 아침 해가 뜰 때 바로 내려서 갖다 주시는 커피를 마시면서 세렝게티 초원을 바라보는 건 일생에서 한 번 있을까 말까 한 환상적인 경험이겠죠. 아무튼 간단히 말하자면 시설은 최신식은 아닙니다. 그렇다고 낙후되어 안전상 위험하다는 것도 절대 아닙니다. 세월이 지나 여기를 거쳐간 다른 투숙객들의 기억이 쌓였다고 생각해주세요. 하지만 Jonathan, Leonid, Deus,……

“Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen und wären der ganzen Zeit zuvorkommend und herzlichst behandelt. Es wurde sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Auch im Restaurant wurde sichvherzlichst um unser Wohl gekümmert. Brendu, Gerson, der Manager für die Ausflüge, das Reinigungspersonal einfach alle Mitarbeiter im Fun Retreat haben sich herzlichst und aufopferungsvollvum uns gekümmert. und auch im Restaurantb”

Even with paid upgrade to Premium room, we found no hair dryer nor safe nor robes—despite Expedia listing all of those as standard with the rooms. This place is not “premier”; but it’s friendly, convenient, safe, and with decent full breakfast included. ”
