“The house is in a fabulous location- steps away from the beach in beautiful Sunny Isles. It was convenient, and offered just what we needed, a refreshing change of scenery with our son and grandchild. The outdoor table and chairs in the lovely backyard added to our enjoyment, and the boogy board was a nice addition for our teenager.”

“Great location for a quiet beach vacation. We didn’t rent a car because we normally stay closer to Miami Beach, we would rent a car if we stayed here again”

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”
