“Great location ”

“Property is serviceable and neat enough for our group to return again. We did not get a chance to try the pool due to the rather cool weather and spent most of our time eating out at nearby restaurants.”

“We loved staying here! It was perfect for all of our family ages two through 70! It was a wonderful layout of the house as well as the pool. We used the dock for our 32’ boat and it was great! There were wonderful things for children in terms of toys and games! It was set up just like they say in the advertisement. The grill was perfect for our needs! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!”

“Overall our stay was very nice. Location Location Location! Very close to the beach and restaurants. From an over 60, woman’s perspective, I’ll make some suggestions. A full length mirror on back of a door would be nice. Real wash cloths, in lieu of poly car rags, (which Rob corrected as soon as I asked), poly cloths dry before you can reach your face, a bigger coffee pot, beach umbrella was perfect, beach chairs that we could carry, were okay, a wagon was really needed, I would suggest adding……

“Honestly speaking it’s was a good place to stay because of all the trees it was a lot a spiders but we killed them and it was kind hard to find the house for most part but when we did we have a great time we played uno ate and had some drinks it was fun staying there for thank you again to the host ❤️”

“Great pricing for a one night stay! We had a large group and location sleeps 16 people comfortably. Neighborhood was nice and it’s located close/far enough away from things you may need access to (shopping, food, beach, etc)”

“Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. The family enjoyed being together under one roof. The pool and deck was such a bonus. We spent alot of time there. It was a quick 5 min drive to Walmart and about the same time to the beach. Any time we needed anything, property management came right away. Thanks for a memorable stay! Would stay again.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at your cute little villa! It was the perfect distance to the Hard Rock Stadium. We stayed for the Miami Open and the villa was in a quiet neighborhood without the hustle and bustle that you'd expect in Miami! When we got there the villa was spotless and shiny! Everything we needed was available from toilet paper, shampoo, and spices in kitchen! The pool towels were perfect for our afternoon swims. The host was quick to return a message and you can tell the care that is……

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”
