“Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place.”

“Hotel is located in the very center of Han noi, very convenient for visit famous place, good for sightseeing. I would like to express my appreciation for one of the female receptionist (sorry I forgot to ask her name. She showed us where we can go, gave many excellent travel advise and sightseeing suggestions; constantly checking if we need any help and always provide many valuable information. We really appreciated for everything! ”

“服務人員很親切跟熱心，飯店的設施也不錯，早餐的飲食也很美味，飯店地點位置也在景點區附近，但是早上7點多都會有裝修敲擊的聲音會影響到睡眠，另外隔音的部分也比較差，如果這兩點可以改善的話是非常棒的飯店。”

“The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast……

“Good location, it is in the old quarter, near to the sightseeing area (2 mins walk to the lake), you can find anything you need near the hotel. The hotel is new, it looks grand. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing to improve is the shower, the water temperature and the flow is not stable.”

“The building is new, the apartment is nice, modern and fully furnished. I like this decoration, both of living room and bedroom is bright because of big glass door. I think its best place with that price. ”
