"I like that the property was walking distance to the Falls, restaurants and other things to do. I did not like that they charge $30 per day for parking. They never disclosed that when booking. Also, at check-in they ask if you want room service - another additional charge. Since when was room service an additional fee??"

"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...
