"Our group loved our stay at the Farmhouse! The property and scenery are so picturesque, and we loved spending time together around the large table in the kitchen. Brian (host) had great recommendations for the area, especially a bus to take us around to the local wineries for an afternoon. We had a blast utilizing all the paddle boards and kayaks provided at the pond, and after fun-filled days the beds were comfortable and clean! We would definitely stay again."

"We rented the farm in order to have some seclusion in the middle of the path of totality for the eclipse. It was absolutely perfect. We had great communication before and after with jean. They were incredibly hospitable. The house itself is beautiful and. Correct. They make so many accommodations for families including a massive outdoor chest full of every game you could ever want to play as well as a closet inside full of puzzles and games during the evenings or inclement weather. "Cape Girardeau is about the halfway point for us (Wisconsin) and friends from Mississippi. This VRBO is ideally located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Property is very clean, has the basics and communication with the owner was super easy. The saloon-style doors for the downstairs bathroom were a little unexpected, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would recommended this property for a long weekend."
