I stayed in the room with no window. It was nice, but the cleaning person missed a few things in the bathroom. No big deal though as my trip was short and was just there for 1 night. The check in staff were so nice. Theu also held my bags for me while i finished my last day in yhe area. The breakfast was amazing! So many hot options! The Keish was my favorite. The location was perfect and made everything for work and a little self touring so easy. 1 block from the market, and a nice stroll to the pineapple fountain and rainbow row. I would stay here again.

Lovely place, good location. Room was very nice EXCEPT! The suite which cost over $600/nt had a sofa bed that was absolutely terrible to sleep in. Complaints to manager resulted in a $56 refund. Not good!

Hotel was clean, rooms comfortable and perfectly located. The front desk staff could have been a little more helpful. When asked for restaurant recommendations and activities in area - not very helpful - “there is a restaurant around the corner” “ market up the street” I would recommend the property -just an observation -usually front desk -concierge is usually friendlier

Our room didn’t have a comfy chair, since we were elderly, but the staff moved one to our room. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They messaged us numerous times offering any help to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back

Miss Cynthia in the breakfast room gets our vote for best employee. I require decaf coffee and gluten free breakfast options. Ms. Cynthia had decaf coffee ready and more GF items than the employee put out the previous days. Office was helpful and car retrieval was quick and easy. Great location to walk to everything in old downtown.

Excellent property, centrally located, close to everything. Clean, well maintained and managed. We had a fabulously stay and particularly appreciated the breakfast and happy hour service, from Miss Cynthia and Henriette, respectively. Both lovely ladies who looked after us very well. We have no hesitation recommending Andrew Pinckney to anyone. Our only minor criticism was slightly unreliable internet connection. Otherwise, jyst wonderful
