“I loved this hotel!!! It was in an amazing spot with so many options to eat, shop, and do activities. The staff was super nice and efficient. The room was clean, updated, and had all the amenities you need. The only thing I could think that would be a bother is if you’re 6’ in height or over, the shower head is a bit low. I’m 5’8 and it touched the top of my head haha. Anyway, great stay! Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area!”

“My Room didn’t have hot water, the maid never left towels in the room, I had to asked for them, The pool w wasn’t accessible, it was dirty, Our beds were never made unless we ask, and they didn’t clean the bathroom every day. But the staff deserves all 5 stars, they were excellent and the Manger Brian went out his way for me and my friends, 5 stars for the Manager.”

“Likes: Hotel was nice; breakfast was awesome (the usual hotel fare, plus egg and Swiss cheese sandwiches in English Muffins, bacon, sausage, and hard boiled eggs); was offered my choice of floors. Dislikes: unfortunately, the floor we selected was the ground floor, about one room away from the cleaning room supplies and apparently the hang out room for the staff. Had to put ear plugs in at 5:55 am. Ice machines didn’t work on the 1st and 2nd floors, and on the 3rd floor I had to scoop out……

“The location of this hotel can't be beat. The pool and the dock on the river are amazing! The rooms are OK, a little dated but served the purpose. The only complaint we would have is that they ran out of breakfast very early every day. Other guests pitched a fit; we just went exploring and found some amazing local breakfast places nearby that made it worth not having breakfast at the hotel. They should stop offering breakfast and encourage guests to visit some of the local haunts because they……

“Loved the view from the room and the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was nice and dinners I had there were good. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and it was a 5 minute drive to historic Charleston. The hotel also offered hourly drop offs and pick ups in the center of the historic district. Only negative was that there was only one elevator working the entire week i was there. At busy times you could have a wait and sometimes have to wait for it to come back……

“The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. ”
